Recluse commit ourselves to not gather any of Personal Information from users using or visiting the Website, unless expressly asked to provide such information in tandem with making a purchase.

Recluse places the protection of user privacy and personal details at the foremost and storage of all data is collated through the manner of a secure server. Users can be rest assured that all sensitive information is handled and stored in a safe and responsible manner. Users are required to note that providing Private Information is convened under the Data Protection Act 2016.
- Secured Payments
POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
After your purchase has been processed at check out, a corresponding shipping fee to your country of purchase will be included in your total bill. A confirmation email is also set to notify you of your details and acknowledging the details of your order. If your purchase amount is below the free shipping limit (US$ 350), Recluse will charge shipping rates based on your geographical location. For easy tracking, a tracking number is provided for you to monitor the status of your shipment via email.
- Delivery Lead Time
We use EMS (Express Mail Service) for all international shipments and require a maximum time lead of 2 weeks. Delivery within Taiwan will arrive within 5 business days. Recluse is happy to inform that we provide free shipping on all orders above $ 350 USD.

ITEM RETURN POLICY
Customers are always welcome to exchange any items based on sizing issues or defects in the original product. Recluse merchandise must be returned within 7 days upon receipt. Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed and all items must include tags attached and be returned in its original packaging. Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you a notice of receipt via email, confirming your exchange request.
- Merchandise Exchanges by Mail
Recluse regrets that all shipping and handling surcharges are non-refundable

detailing your exchange request or issues. Simply arrange your delivery package addressed to the original sender and exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of your item. Returns information will be provided to you by email.

Recluse regrets that items purchased as or during "FINAL SALE
" will not be accepted for exchange.
